TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(A) FEE STRUCTURE:

Service Charges:
Junior Level (up to Sr. Executive level): 8.33 % of the annual gross CTC
Middle Level (Assistant Manager to Manager level): 10 % of the annual gross CTC
Top Level (Sr. Manager & above level): 12.5 % of the annual gross CTC


(B) GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Resumes short listed would be invited for a meeting with identified people from client or its Subsidiary, interviews for which would be set up directly by us or by the HR department of client or its Subsidiary in consultation to us.

2. Confirmation of a candidate joining client or its Subsidiary along with salary details would be forwarded by the HR department to us.

3. Invoice/s would be raised once the candidate joins the organization. The same needs to be cleared by the client or it’s Subsidiary within a fortnight from the date of joining.

4. In case a candidate leaves the organization within 3 months of joining, a free replacement would be provided by us or the amount would be adjusted with the next bill.

5. Cost of travel of an outstation candidate will be borne by client or its Subsidiary if agreed upon before the travel takes place.

6. Service charges are payable even if a candidate is selected and joins client or its Subsidiary for any other position than the one he had been originally referred for.

7. Service charges are payable even if a candidate is rejected, but is absorbed/ selected by the company during 12 months. The selection will be counted in the account of Kushal Mangal Associate.

8. In case resumes of the referred candidates are already in the database of client or its Subsidiary, then the same needs to be informed to us within 48 hours, failing which the service charges would be payable by the client or its Subsidiary.

9. All payments will be made by Cheque (At Par Cheque)/ Demand Draft in favor of KUSHAL MANGAL ASSOCIATE

10. The Contract is valid for a period of one year from the date of signing.

11. Kushal Mangal Associate is responsible only till selection of the candidate , not for any further legal consequences afterwards



Service tax [as applicable], other taxes levied by the government which is applicable or any other charges imposed by the government from time to time shall be payable by the client & its Subsidiary.
